I’ve found it difficult to get back in the swing of blogging lately. We’ve had lots of changes here with Roxie’s passing, and the introduction of another greyhound, Kickin. Kickin was here on a trial basis for a few weeks, but I made it official, signing her adoption papers last week.
Kickin
Kickin is a very sweet girl, with a frequently silly disposition, which I love! She REALLY ENJOYS treats, so I know she’s in the right place, as we’ve been known to overindulge the hounds with goodies. We still miss our Roxie every day, and know she’ll never be replaced, but it has been rewarding watching Kickin settle into her new life. A special thanks to Sara of Star City Greyhound Adoptions for working tirelessly to save these amazing animals, and bringing Roxie and Kickin into our world.
Xander and Zoe are doing well too, and enjoying the pretty springtime weather.
